Located in the Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire Hotel, CUT is part of the Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group. Among other awards, CUT won the James Beard Foundation Award, "Best New Restaurant" in 2007 and is considered to be one of the top three steak houses in America.

Stop by the Boulevard Bar inside the Hotel for some delicious drinks before your reservation. This is an excellent location to spot celebrities, especially during the week.

For an interesting starter, try the Bone Marrow Flan and Veal Cheeks. After you've had a chance to look at the menu, they will bring a tray to introduce the different cuts. They offer a wide range of choices. For example, the thirty-day dry aged Rib-Eye is one of their specialties. Also the American Wagyu/Angus "Kobe Style" Beef Porterhouse is spectacular for two, and they carve it for you table-side. You cannot go wrong with any of their dry-aged steaks or the Australian Wagyu Filet Mignon, tender like melted butter.
If you want to venture beyond steaks, try the Warm Veal Tongue, the Pork Belly or the Cumin Spiced Short Ribs. Or try the Crab and Shrimp Louie salad.

Architect Richard Meier created a unique and surprising “conference room” feeling interior design. The restaurant is also famous for its art collections.
