The hotel was established in 1912 and was a hot spot for Hollywood's elite. The city of Beverly Hills actually derived its name from this legendary big pink Hotel with its luxury palm trees. Today, it is owned by Saudi royalty, as is the Bel-Air Hotel and other establishments worldwide, such as the George IV in Paris.

When I arrived with my friends, I loved showing them around the beautiful pool and immaculate gardens. It's like a dream! It is so beautiful, and you feel like royalty. You might bump into celebrities here.

At the Polo Lounge, I like to enjoy their signature Caesar Salad with Grilled Shrimps and a glass of Champagne.

If you are no longer into the club scene, go to the Sunset Lounge on a Friday or Saturday night. Sip drinks on an outdoor patio with appetizers, or go inside to dance, as DJ's keep the vibe going.
