For a great taste of France in the heart of Beverly Hills, there is Bouchon, part of the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group, famous for the French Laundry. It has become known as the world’s best restaurant, even better than French restaurants in France, if you can believe that! I’m still looking forward to trying the French Laundry when I go to Napa Valley!

Back to Bouchon. The Bar Bouchon, along with the restaurant that is located upstairs, is one of the new baby gem restaurants in Los Angeles. The giant complex, in which it is housed, was built in 2009 and was one of the most expensive projects since Rodeo Drive. The result is astonishing. This is a beautiful park in the middle of Beverly Hills. It’s like a breath of fresh air!

When I dine or lunch in Bar Bouchon, I am always amazed by the relaxing time and the quality of the service. It’s also a great place to come for happy hour to relax after a long day at work.
